  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days

  • Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, bereavement) will be handled with care and flexibility, but refunds are not guaranteed

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event if necessary. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering.

All content on this site — including text, images, videos, blog posts, and course materials — is the property of Immráma unless otherwise credited.
